OK…I’ve already confessed I didn’t know the difference between backing up and syncing AND I wasn’t doing either! As I educated myself on photo organization and storage, I’ve learned what everyone in the business would consider best practice: The 3-2-1 System.
Your pictures should be in 3 locations, on 2 different types of media, with at least 1 of those locations being off-site (ie cloud based).
